I grew up in Austria and built my career across five countries, leading global planning teams at Gap Inc., Burberry and Tory Burch in San Francisco, Tokyo, Shanghai, London and New York, most recently as SVP Global Planning and Allocation at Tory Burch. I’ve led inside very different national and company cultures, and I know what each one does to the conversation in the room.

I bring 30+ years of global business experience, most of it inside the kinds of organizations I now advise: banking in Vienna, PwC, then senior operating roles at Gap Inc., Burberry and Tory Burch, with revenue accountability and global teams across five countries.
I was good at results. For a long time, I believed that was enough.
What I learned, slowly and not always comfortably, was that results are downstream of what happens between people: how much trust there is in the room, which conversations happen and which do not, a leader carrying too much, a team that has quietly stopped telling the truth upward.
For the first years of my practice, I worked with individual leaders, and the framework was built in that context. Again and again, the decisive moments happened in the room those leaders shared, where the real decisions were made. I now bring ATTUNE into that room directly.
